More Information: Kenneth Chester FEHR was last seen on November 27th, 2012 at approximately 5:30 PM in the 1700 block of Idylwyld Drive North, Saskatoon, SK. He left behind his wallet and cell phone. Prior to leaving he told numerous family and friends good bye. He also spoke of harming himself.
Distinguishing Features: Dirty blonde wavy hair down past his shoulders, moustache, numerous tattoos all over his arms, chest, and back. Tattoo of Celtic Cross on right forearm, tattoo of "C" on his left hand ring finger, tattoo of "ken" on right upper arm, tattoo of "k" on right shoulder, tattoo of "Ken" on left side chest, tattoo of "scooter tramp" on back, tattoo of Harley Davidson motorcycle and blue rose on left forearm. Has other unknown tattoos on his body.

While foul play is not suspected at this time, family members say it is unusual that he has had no contact with them recently.ALSHARIEF is described as 5'8" in height, with a slim build, short to medium length dark brown hair, possibly with facial hair below his lower lip (soul patch). More Information: Family members of Ricky RIOPEL reported him missing to the police in August of 2010. Mr. RIOPEL had not been seen or heard from by family members in Saskatoon since December of 2008. At the time of the original media release, it was confirmed that Mr. RIOPEL had been in Moose Jaw at a health care facility in October of 2009. Investigators now believe the last confirmed sighting of RIOPEL was in Saskatoon, at a downtown shopping mall, in September of 2010. Mr. RIOPEL's parents are both failing in health which has prompted this additional request for public assistance to locate Ricky RIOPEL.
